Equipment Care & Responsibility
Customer acknowledges that (s)he has care, custody, and control of the Totes N Go bins while the bins are at the customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the bins. If the bins are damaged or lost while in the customer’s possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the bins. Retail value of the bins is $25.00 for each damaged or lost bin.
Customer acknowledges that (s)he has care, custody, and control of the Totes N Go dollies while the dollies are at the customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the dollies. If the dollies are damaged or lost while in the customer’s possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the dollies. Retail value of the dollies is $75.00 each.
Cleaning Fees
Customer acknowledges that (s)he is responsible for returning the bins and dollies clean, without items like stickers, adhesive residue, hair, liquids, or soil. If the equipment is returned in a condition requiring excessive cleaning, the customer will be obligated to pay a cleaning fee of $50.00.
Appointments & Cancellations
Customer acknowledges that (s)he has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for drop-off and pick-up of the Totes N Go equipment. If the customer does not give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule appointments, additional delivery or cancellation fees may be applied in the amount of $50.00. In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery at the agreed-upon time, a $50.00 re-delivery fee will apply.
Extended Rentals & Unreturned Equipment
Customer is responsible for returning all equipment by the agreed-upon date.
- Bins: For each additional week bins are not returned, an additional rental charge equal to your selected package's weekly rate will apply. If bins are not returned after 30 days (without communication to extend), it is assumed the customer wishes to purchase the bins at $25.00 per bin.
- Dollies: For each additional week dollies are not returned, a charge of $10.00 per week per dolly will apply. If dollies are not returned after 30 days, the customer will be charged the full retail value of $75.00 per dolly.
Payment & Authorization
Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer authorizes Totes N Go to charge any amounts associated with the above-stated terms and conditions.
Access & Ownership
Customer grants Totes N Go the right to enter the property at the provided addresses for the specified delivery and pick-up times. Customer shall only release the equipment to a Totes N Go employee or authorized partner. Equipment remains the sole property of Totes N Go LLC and may not be subleased, rented, or sold by the customer.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold Totes N Go LLC, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) for injuries, death, or property damage arising from my possession, use, and return of the product(s). Totes N Go LLC is not responsible for injury occurring to the customer or any other persons using the equipment.
Warranty
Totes N Go LLC warrants that equipment will be in good working order on the effective date of rental. Our obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of equipment determined to be non-conforming to this warranty.
